- All payments should be made by Cheque / Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Cosmos Builders & Promoters Ltd” payable at Delhi/ New Delhi/ Gurgaon.
- Any additional facility, if provided will be charged extra.
- The allotment of flat/ apartment shall be on first cum first serve basis. The final allotment shall be entirely at the discretion of the company which has the right to reject any application without any reason whatsoever.
- The Company would handover the possession in 36 months. Company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs. 5 \- per sq ft per month for delay in handling over the product beyond the period of 36 months from the date of buyers Agreement.
